Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier network. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 2–3 days for tracking info to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
